Price rises GF bread & croissants
The survey found that gluten-free bagels, crumpets, muffins, scones, brown bread and white bread were now chepaer than they were a year ago. The prices were found by determining the average price for the product across the month.
The biggest price rise (March 2015-Feb 2016) is GF bread, which is now 39p more expensive, folowed by croissants, which are up by 31p!
Muffins &scones were cheaper in Feb 2016 than they have been since March 2016. The product which has stayed most consistent in price is crumpets. However white breaad has remaained the same since Sept last year.
