A natural and simple egg replacer.
¼cup PURE Gram Flour (Chickpea) 500g
¼cup water/milk alternative
Measure a 1/4 cup of gram flour into a small bowl and then add either a 1/4 cup of water or a dairy-free milk substitute. Mix thoroughly using a small whisk and use as your recipe requires.
Alternatively, add the gram flour to your dry ingredients and increase the liquid in your recipe by 1/4 cup.
This quantity is equivalent to one egg.
