Ingredients

100g PURE White Rice Flour 500g
1 tsp PURE Baking Powder
Pinch PURE Bicarbonate of Soda


Preparation Method

1. Blend the bananas with the egg, milk, honey and vanilla in a food processor, or mash well with a fork.
2. Sift together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Slowly add the wet ingredients and whisk together until you have a thick batter.
3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan and cook for 2 mins on each side, until lightly browned.
4. Repeat until all the batter is used and serve drizzled with honey.
