Pure Gluten Free specialises in gluten-free and other allergen-free food products. Our expertise lie in the blending and packing of specialist flours and ingredients which are essential to successful gluten-free baking.
We supply to both individual and commercial customers and we continuously research and test new ingredients and blends which we believe will be of interest and use to those customers. Working in partnership with many other food producers, Pure Gluten Free help them achieve the results they want and many of our recipes are inspired by customer requests.

Whether you are a seasoned baker or a complete novice we are here to help you, and it’s why we spend so many hours researching and developing recipes. Health
It has often been difficult in the past for those on a gluten-free diet to buy or bake healthy alternatives. Luckily, thanks to Pure Gluten Free, those troubles are no more as we have a wide range of healthy products plus a huge collection of recipes with which you can put them to great use!
While it is possible to use our flours for all those wonderful sweet treats you may miss, we also offer flours which can help you stay healthy – our Pure Gluten Free Teff Flour is a particular favourite for this.
