White to cream coloured powder produced from a blend of gluten free flours. Pure Gluten Free Bakery Blend an ultra-low allergenic blended plain flour which contains a special blend of high quality rice flours (brown & white), potato starch and tapioca starch. There are no artificial ingredients of any sort and no additional additives which may cause dietary complications.

Please note that we have changed the name of our Gluten Free Blended Flour to Gluten Free Bakery Blend. Its still the same flour you know and love though! Nothing else has changed.
