Baking powder is a blend of ingredients used to give lift and rise to baked foods. Our baking powder is gluten free and is a mixture of rice flour, sodium bicarbonate and disodium diphosphate (E450i). It can be used in any baking where the recipe calls for baking powder, not just gluten-free. This product is packed in ‘free-from’ conditions and ELISA tested for presence of gluten <20ppm.
