Banting Bread

237g Almond Flour/Ground Almonds
237g Mixed Seeds (Can be crushed if preferred)
60g Pure GF Psyllium Husk
10g Pure GF Baking Powder
½ tsp salt
6 eggs or egg replacer equivalent (recipe is in the recipe section)
250ml Greek Yoghurt
Seeds for sprinkling on top


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Mix together all dry ingredients until well combined.
  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. Add the yoghurt and mix well.
  5. Line a regular loaf tin with waxed baking paper and pour in the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the seeds on top of the mixture and lightly press them down.
  7. Bake the Banting Bread for approx. 55 minutes.
