- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Blend half a teaspoon of sugar with the yeast and add 160ml warm water (40°C). Mix together and let sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix for 1 minute until well combined. Knead the dough for 1 minute, place it on a floured surface and spread out to desired thickness, raising the edges slightly.
- Place on a greased baking tray sprinkled with some GF Cornmeal (maize flour) to prevent the dough from sticking to the tray. Brush the pizza crust with olive oil and bake at 220°C for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, then spread on your sauce and desired toppings. Continue to bake for 20 mins at 200°C.
