Prices

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current applicable UK rate where appropriate.

We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. Delivery rates depend on the weight of your order and on your location.

UK Only

UK orders £40.00 and over are FREE (excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands); for all other UK Mainland orders, a standard delivery rate of £6.99 + VAT applies.

Please Note: We are currently unable to take orders via the website for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and anywhere outside of the UK. If you wish to place an order for deliver to any of these locations, please call our office on 01706 746713 during office hours.

Complaints

We endeavour to ensure complete customer satisfaction, however, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us straightaway and we will be glad to help. If you have received an item which is damaged then please notify us within 3 working days so that we can arrange a suitable replacement.
